Adele plans an extended break

While Calvin Harris recently broke the news that he would not be releasing any more albums, British singing sensation Adele has just dropped a massive bombshell of her own.

Adele burst onto the scene back in 2009.

The 'Hello' singer only recently returned to the stage with a 107 date tour after taking 5 years to focus on her son Angelo, who was born in 2011. The pressures of touring has taken its toll on Adele as she has had to cancel dates of the tour due to sickness.

 Always the perfectionist, the singer has now announced that she does nothing in half measures and will not tour again for at least 10 years upon completion of her current string of performances. Adele plans on stepping away from the limelight to focus on her son, and to reach full health herself.

 While 10 years seems like an eternity to fans, Adele seems to have weighed up her priorities, with a music source revealing, "Angelo is the number one priority for Adele. He is the most important thing in her life."

We can all agree that Adele is an unbelievable singer with an abundance of raw talent, however her abilities as a mother seems to be even more impressive.
